With our ambitious plans of scaling to new geographies, introducing numerous currency accounts and processing millions of transactions annually, a robust ledger infrastructure becomes paramount. This foundation will support our rapid growth into new markets, facilitate seamless partner integrations worldwide, and ensure we can handle the complexities of multi-currency operations at scale. A strong ledger infrastructure isn't just a necessity—it's the cornerstone of our ambitious plans, enabling us to maintain financial integrity and operational excellence.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager to lead the efforts of developing and improving our ledger reconciliation systems. This role will focus on enhancing our financial transaction flows, building new tools, and implementing automated reconciliation solutions.
As the Senior Product Manager for Ledgers, you'll own the following areas of our product:
- Ledger reconciliation infrastructure
- Transactional flows and money movement
- Tools for ledger reconciliation operations
- Automated ledger reconciliation
Role Responsibilities:
- Analyze transactional flows to identify data gaps and inconsistencies that hinder ledger reconciliation.
- Build tools to support internal ledger reconciliation teams, improving efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement and manage automated reconciliation processes to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and compliance to ensure alignment of reconciliation solutions with business needs.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and products.
- Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business impact and technical feasibility
- Manage all lifecycle stages for your products, with end-to-end responsibility for their success: timely releases, successful internal communication, users adoption, compliance.
- Define and track key usage metrics of your products, and improve them.
- Work with QA engineers to create test plans.
Minimum qualifications:
- Previous working experience as a Product Manager for minimum 3 years, preferably in the payment domain in financial or fintech companies
- Proven track record of successfully delivering fintech products with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Analyze transactional flows to identify data gaps and inconsistencies that hinder ledger reconciliation.
- Design and develop tools to support internal ledger reconciliation teams, improving efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement and manage automated reconciliation processes to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and compliance to ensure alignment of reconciliation solutions with business needs.
