About the Team:
The Commercial team is responsible for driving business growth for Aspire. The Singapore team’s reach spans Singapore itself as well as markets throughout APAC and the world. The team has historically focused on working with startups, VCs, and other digitally-native companies.
About the Role:
The Business Development Analyst Intern will support the frontline sales teams by managing sales data, overseeing the entire sales funnel, and streamlining and optimising the sales process.
What will you be doing:
- Organising data and generating deep customer insights to influence GTM strategies
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency through data insights (e.g. analysing conversion rates between sales stages to determine changes that need to be made)
- Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance by working with a wide range of stakeholders
What will you need:
- Ideally final year undergraduate, available for a full-time internship or commit to at least 3-4 days a week.
- Structured, critical and analytical thinking
- Effective planning, organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of CRM tools like Hubspot, BI tools like Periscope, Tableau, and strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel preferred
