What will you be doing?
- Reach out to prospects to qualify leads for Aspire’s solutions through a combination of emails, calls, and other outreach activities
- Schedule demos and meetings between Account Executives and potential clients
- Keep a clean record of activities via our CRM tools
- Provide market feedback and contribute to Aspire’s development
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 1+ years of work experience, preferably in a metrics-driven sales environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks, especially informed by data
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to develop a career providing financial technology solution to top companies in their various industries
Having any of these would be a plus:
- Experience with HubSpot, Outreach and other CRM / sales tools
- Experience working as a recruiter, a teacher, a military officer, or have worked in consulting, law or finance
- Experience playing sports (or any other interests) competitively
- Experience being actively involved in Toastmasters or AgoraCon

- You’re curious & eager to learn - A natural and genuine interest in understanding your prospect and their processes, combined with a continuous learning mindset in regards to the market and the product; the most successful SDR’s in Aspire have these qualities in spades.
- You’re articulate - We’re looking for an effective communicator. Someone who listens, structures their message, and delivers it in an impeccable manner.
- You’re methodical & organized - An SDR would have multiple sequences running in parallel, s/he would take part in various mini-projects/battles, while keeping an eye on key deals. If you have problems with prioritization, you could easily feel overwhelmed.
- You have high work ethics - You’re in sales. You have targets. Grit is a must. We’re looking for someone who embodies the local firefighter’s slogan “pantang pulang sebelum padam”
