Position: Customer Success Manager
Duties: Responsible for building a strategy to manage the engagement and success of the
company’s clients through extensive data analytics and research, including formulating
and applying optimizing methods to develop and interpret information to assist sales,
product, and engineering teams. Interface closely with these teams to share client
feedback, resolve escalations, deliver outstanding client experiences, and directly impact
the product roadmap. Utilize data to drive engagement and establish strong relationships
with clients, and to develop a deeper understanding of clients’ goals to build out business
strategies.
Requirements : Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Analytics,
or related field. Two (2) years of experience in job offered, analytics, or related
occupation. Any amount of experience in additional requirements section below will be
acceptable unless specific amount is noted. All experience can be concurrent. Additional
requirements: Prior academic background or work experience to include: 1) Experience
managing high volumes of accounts at scale, driving adoption, and renewals. 2)
Experience analyzing collected data and extracting relevant information. 3) Experience
working with cross-functional teams to resolve product issues. 4) Experience building
and maintaining business relationships.
Salary: $89,640 to $112,000 per year.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $89,640.00 - $112,000.00 USD Base. Within the range, individual pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant.
