Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will be leading and scaling out a team that oversees the customer-facing features of the core Affinity CRM product. You will help define the technical roadmap and implementation for the future of our product and guide the team to build scalable features and functionality end to end. This is a very hands-on role; in addition to leading the team, you'll also be an active contributor.
The core application engineering team has a wide breadth of responsibility at Affinity. They not only deliver end-to-end features for our CRM product but also work on core data models and build ways to performantly surface data to our customers. We are looking for an Engineering Manager that values career development, mentorship and will support the team as we scale.

Please note that the role compensation details below reflect the base salary only and do not include any variable pay, equity, or benefits. This represents the salary range that Affinity believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting, that it will pay for the posted job.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,000 to $220,000 USD. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
