As a Sr. Solutions Engineer, you will help drive the technical discussion and unlock the various integration potentials with our prospective customers to make sure there's nothing stopping them from getting the most out of Affinity.
This function is an integral part of the Sales team and will report to the Sr. Director of Solutions Engineering. You will work in both Pre and Post-Sale stage environments to ensure technical fit.
This role is the conduit between the sales and customer success process and is key to driving the process in terms of technical scope, security, adoption, and usage. Doing this well improves retention and overall success while helping to collect customer references, case studies, and product feedback. You will be known as the technical, go-to guru for all things Affinity.

Please note that the role compensation details below reflect the base salary only and do not include any variable pay, equity, or benefits. This represents the salary range that Affinity believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting, that it will pay for the posted job.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $112,000 - $169,000 CAD Base. In addition, this position is also eligible to receive commission based on departmental KPIs. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
